The Faculty of Law of the University of Delhi is rated in top 10 law colleges ranking. It was established in the year 1924 and was housed in the Prince's Pavilion in the Viceregal Lodge (turned Anthropology Department). The Faculty of law moved to its present location in 1966 on Chhatra Marg, University North Campus, Delhi.
The Faculty of Law offers LL.B, LL.M., Ph.D, Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.), Master of Comparative Law (M.C.L). courses.The University of Delhi is the premier university of the country and is known for its high standards in teaching and research and attracts eminent scholars to its faculty.
Duration:- Three year (Six-terms) full-time course Admission Eligibility:- The candidate may be eligible to submit work for the Degree of Doctor of Civil Laws if Three years have elapsed since the candidate obtained the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy either 1. of the University of Delhi; or 2. of any other Statutory University, provided that he is a teacher of the Delhi University and has served in that capacity for at least three consecutive years after obtaining such a degree, and
