One year Pre-Sea Training for Graduate Mechanical Engineers
One year Pre-Sea Training for Graduate Mechanical Engineers through Training Programme approved by Directorate General of Shipping enables candidates to obtain Class IV Part 'A' License. The course is conducted in strict compliance with the Training Standards prescribed by Certification and Watch Keeping for Seafarers (STCW 1995) in accordance with the norms of Directorate General of Shipping. Entire course comprises of Classroom lectures, Laboratory training, Total skill training at Basic Training Centre, Afloat Training, Power Plants, and Onboardships. Eligibility Education:- BE (Mechanical / Naval Arch) from Colleges approved by AICTE Age limit :- Not exceeding 24 Years at the time of admission
