South Calcutta Law College was established in the year 1970 and it is affiliated to Calcutta University. The college is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi. The college provides good infrastructure facilities such as well stocked Library, Well equipped lab, Hostel accommodation. South Calcutta Law College has professionally trained and highly qualified faculty. A new approach in teaching methodology focuses on learning through direct experience and original case- studies. The college offers five years undergraduate level Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Eligibility: Admission seekers must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination with minimum 40% marks in any stream, from any recognized state/national Board. Admission Procedure: Candidates are selected on merit basis determined by their marks in academic qualifying examination.
